We have never had so much help from anyone at a Dealership like Doug did with us during our purchase. He is not only helpful, but very Friendly and makes you feel like you've know him for years. During the Purchase of the unit, Mary Cozart was also very Friendly, Helpful and made us feel comfortable while doing the Paperwork before taking our purchase home. "I could not find what I was looking for around my area but I came across friendship Indian in Bristol va, they had what I was insearch of a Springfield and cream Indian road master, I’m from central Pa. I talked to Scotty serial times on the phone about the bike and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. So I loaded up the truck and trailer and headed south for 8 plus hours one way it was worth it! I was welcomed the minute I walked in the door as a stranger and left as a friend. If the need ever comes again to purchase another motorcycle it will be a Indian and it will be from friendship Indian and if Scotty is still there i most definitely will deal with him thanks again by the way I was a diehard Harley person but I wanted a change I’m glad I did."

"Bristol VA is not close to me. They had some bikes, and I wanted one. I was not sure I wanted to work with "strangers". Then I talked to Scottie... I didn't feel after our talk that they were strangers at all, and frankly, I couldn't wait to meet him and the team. Bike lovers are bike lovers. I felt like family. The process of buying the bike and working with the team couldn't have been easier or clearer. No funny business, no sneaky fees. Seriously, this couldn't have gone better, which is a good thing because as I got my gear on to ride, I was nervous! I hadn't been on a bike for almost 10 years!. Scottie looked at me and said, "you're good." I was, and after what seemed like 75-100 switchbacks, I was home with a beautiful bike. If you live near Bristol, you are a lucky bastard. He answered all my questions and even provided suggestions. I have been riding for fifty years and was considering an Indian. After speaking with Scotty, my intentions were to return and purchase a bike from him. However, my son, when learning I was about to purchase an Indian, decided he did not like then idea of two wheels. He gifted me a new Harley Davidson Trike. I contacted Scotty, knowing he would be disappointed, but was pleasantly surprised when he expressed his gratitude for my consideration and his happiness for my new trike. I will definitely tell my friends, and fellow riders, about your dealership and suggest they deal with Scotty. He represents your dealership, and Indian Motorcycles well."

"Had tires put on ,and they scratched the chrome on one of my mufflers and after a week of phone tag several trips to the dealership I told them I would settle for two hundred dollars. Mick said he would give me two hundred dollars credit toward a new set of mufflers from them,so they still make money off of me and they are the ones that screwed up my muffler go figure. Now thats the way to business 👏"

"Great service - same day appointment- got in to town with what i thought was a loose belt issue on my Indian . The Tech "John" checked out my bike and confirmed no problems that he could find. Rest assured and bought a t-shirt, it all worked out great. Rode 250 more miles that day confident with their assessment and 400 miles back home the next day with no problems. "I just want to thank Jack Bower for his great work on closing this deal after Shane couldn’t finish, me and my wife took 3.5 hr drive to pick slingshot up original sales person Shane had to leave so he left jack to close the sale he even waited till 5:30 they close at 5 but because Shane didn’t inform us of Va law about insurance, you could tell Jack was a little warm but one thing about after about a hour Jack was more relaxed even tho Shane didn’t at no point tell me I need insurance before pulling off lot NC we just add in,but I want to just say Jack was great even tho he had to over,I was felt Shane just got the sell and push me to curb didn’t even follow up to see if I made it home safe,but who did I get a text from Jack Thank you Jack for going extra mile ,if I ever buy another slingshot I’m coming to see Jack"

"It took a few years but Jack finally sold me an Indian. He's good to deal with. I highly recommend him and this dealership. They just sent their top mechanic to my place of work 20 miles away to check on a couple of codes my Roadmaster threw this morning. No problem, basically false alarms. The bike is great."
