"I just wanted to say Scotty is the worst salesman I've ever met we have bought 3 indians from there and Saturday we came 2 hours to pick up the bike instead of dropping off the trade and picking up the new motorcycle we spent all day waiting for a bike to have new parts put on it found out they have had this bike in June and knew about the problems but Scotty said they just uncreated it last week but it has a June inspection sticker so he lied then said we should have called before we came to get it he should have called us we will never go back even though my youngest son needs a new bike I will find somewhere else to go"

"I spent a couple weeks in Thailand riding around the country on a motorcycle with a buddy, and I kept on thinking I should get a bike for back home in Bristol. I pulled into the Stateline Indian dealership with the intention of just looking around and getting info since I had not owned a bike for some time. Upon walking I was greeted by Scotty asking what kind of rider I was and thanked me for coming in the store. I told him most of my riding was "enduro" several years back. It seemed to have struck a nerve with him leading to an engaging unscripted conversation. Scotty knew his stuff when it comes to the brands the store carries, I quickly became confident and trusting of Scotty and the great environment, feeling very welcome by everyone there. I ended up purchasing a Royal Enfield Himalayan street legal enduro, just love the bike. They even followed up with making sure I had the information needed for the 3 day Motor Cycle safety course needed to get my motorcycle license. The people at Indian on State St. in Bristol are awesome, and thank you Scotty for guiding me the buying process. Paul"

It was a 125 mile ride home and I wasn't keen on trying my luck so I dropped into Stateline and they put a new tire on in about an hour. Great service but even better than that are the people I met who work there. A wonderful group and very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better."

I heard on a second trip that the Indian Pursuit was there. My lady and I went in and met Shane. What an awesome person and salesman. NO pressure, no b.s. Just good ole fashioned information, friendliness and honesty. He took us for a test ride and being from out of state, I almost bought the bike there and then. Unfortunately, something came up. I already have a 2021 Indian Roadmaster and felt I could wait a little longer and take care of business. In the meantime, I can't say enough about how great the people are at this store. Even though I'm close to 1,000 miles away, I really want my next bike to come from this store. Not kidding. They are that nice and professional. Good people. "I could not find what I was looking for around my area but I came across friendship Indian in Bristol va, they had what I was insearch of a Springfield and cream Indian road master, I’m from central Pa. I talked to Scotty serial times on the phone about the bike and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. So I loaded up the truck and trailer and headed south for 8 plus hours one way it was worth it! I was welcomed the minute I walked in the door as a stranger and left as a friend. If the need ever comes again to purchase another motorcycle it will be a Indian and it will be from friendship Indian and if Scotty is still there i most definitely will deal with him thanks again by the way I was a diehard Harley person but I wanted a change I’m glad I did."
